The high-precision construction method comprises the following steps 1, the deck is manufactured; 2, an angle iron jig frame is manufactured, reverse deformation is added to the angle iron jig frame, and the middle of the cross section of the angle iron jig frame is higher than the two sides; 3, the deck is placed on the angle iron jig frame, and the four edges of the deck are pressed on the angle iron on the four edge portions of the angle iron jig frame through supports to be physically fixed; 4, markinga transverse mounting line and a longitudinal mounting line on the deck, mounting a transverse framework and a longitudinal framework, and placing a weight on the longitudinal component to enable thedeck to be closely attached to the surface of the angle iron jig frame; and 5, the transverse framework and the deck are welded, and the longitudinal framework and the deck are welded. According to the method, deformation is controlled in a targeted mode in the planking construction stage, the precision of the deck subsections in the whole construction process is controllable, and therefore the total assembly and carrying precision of the subsequent subsections is guaranteed.
