The invention discloses a current value control method and device and a suspension control system. After a suspension controller receives an air gap value, transmitted by an air gap sensor, of a suspension air gap and a voltage value, transmitted by a Hall sensor, of a magnetic field, a current value of an electromagnet coil is determined according to the air gap value of the suspension air gap and the voltage value of the magnetic field, and closed-loop control is carried out on the current value of the electromagnet coil. The suspension controller can determine the current value of the electromagnet coil according to the voltage value of the magnetic field and perform closed-loop control on the current value of the electromagnet coil, so that the suspension controller does not need to acquire the current value of the electromagnet coil when performing closed-loop control on the current value of the electromagnet coil, and only needs to acquire the voltage value of the magnetic field;therefore, the suspension control system does not need to be provided with a current sensor which is large in size and relatively high in cost, and only needs to be provided with the Hall sensor which is small in size and relatively low in cost, so that the cost and the complexity of the suspension control system can be reduced under the condition that the performance of the suspension control system is not influenced.

    本申请公开了一种电流值控制方法、装置以及悬浮控制系统,悬浮控制器在接收到气隙传感器发送的悬浮气隙的气隙值和霍尔传感器发送的磁场的电压值后,根据该悬浮气隙的气隙值和该磁场的电压值,确定电磁铁线圈的电流值,并对该电磁铁线圈的电流值进行闭环控制。由于悬浮控制器能够根据磁场的电压值确定电磁铁线圈的电流值,并对电磁铁线圈的电流值进行闭环控制,因而,悬浮控制器在对电磁铁线圈的电流值进行闭环控制时无需获取电磁铁线圈的电流值,只需获取磁场的电压值,使得悬浮控制系统无需装设体积大且成本较高的电流传感器,只需装设体积小且成本较低的霍尔传感器,如此能够在不影响悬浮控制系统性能的情况下降低悬浮控制系统的成本和复杂性。
