The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle power battery safety, and discloses a power battery thermal runaway processing method and device and an electric vehicle. The method comprises the steps of collecting the working parameters of a power battery in a starting working state; when the working parameters meet a preset first condition, determining that the power battery hasa thermal runaway risk; after it is determined that the power battery has the thermal runaway risk, collecting fault parameters of the power battery; the fault parameters comprising the temperature of the power battery, the environment temperature, the insulation resistance value of the power battery and the internal resistance value of the power battery; identifying fault of the power battery according to the fault parameters; and when it is recognized that the fault of the power battery is a thermal runaway fault, executing thermal runaway fault processing. According to the method, whetherthe power battery has the thermal runaway fault or not can be effectively identified, so that the corresponding thermal runaway fault processing can be executed in time when the power battery has thethermal runaway fault, and the safety of the power battery is further improved.

    本发明涉及电动汽车动力电池安全技术领域,公开了一种动力电池热失控处理方法、装置及电动汽车,所述方法包括:采集动力电池在启动工作状态下的工作参数;当工作参数满足预设的第一条件时,确定动力电池具有热失控风险;在确定动力电池具有热失控风险后,采集动力电池的故障参数;其中,故障参数包括动力电池的温度、环境温度、动力电池的绝缘阻值和动力电池的内阻阻值;根据故障参数识别动力电池发生的故障;当识别出动力电池发生的故障为热失控故障时,执行热失控故障处理。本发明能够有效地识别出动力电池是否发生热失控故障,使得在动力电池发生热失控故障时能够及时执行相应的热失控故障处理,进而提高了动力电池的安全性。
