The invention discloses a sliding extrusion type marine stern shaft rubber water sealing device. The device comprises a stern shaft, a front end cover, a rear end cover, and a sealing assembly. An abutting structure of an abutting sealing ring is arranged in the rear end cover, so that the defect that a traditional abutting structure for abutting against a sealing ring is arranged on a stern shaftis overcome. A plurality of guide channels are formed in the periphery of the rear end cover in the length direction of the rear end cover; an annular driving groove is formed in the outer end face of the rear end cover; and the outer ends of the multiple guide channels are communicated with the annular driving groove. Therefore, an abutting elastic body is pressed to extrude a driving ring towards the outer side, and a plurality of guide sliding rods and penetrating rods are driven to extrude towards the outer end, so that an extrusion ring is driven to extrude towards the outer side to enable the abutting sealing ring to be pressed against the periphery of the interior of the rear end of the rear end cover. In this way, the sealing structure of the abutting sealing ring and the rear endcover is separated from the stern shaft, so that the abutting performance of the abutting sealing ring and the rear end cover cannot be affected after the stern shaft moves in the axial direction.
