The invention provides a multi-branch wire harness protection groove structure and a wire harness protection groove design method thereof.The multi-branch wire harness protection groove structure is applied to an engine compartment and comprises a main protection groove structure, a branch protection groove structure and a wire groove fixing structure, and the main protection groove structure comprises a main protection groove body and is provided with a main wire harness channel in the length direction of the main protection groove body; the branch protection groove structure comprises a plurality of branch protection groove bodies arranged on the two sides and the end portion of the main protection groove body respectively, and each branch protection groove body is provided with a branchwiring harness channel communicated with the main wiring harness channel, wherein the width value of the main protection groove body is gradually reduced in the length direction of the main protection groove body. According to the multi-branch wire harness protection groove provided by the invention, the width value of the main protection groove body is gradually narrowed along the length direction, so that the wire harness can be arranged in a narrow space; the direction and the position of each branch wire harness protection groove body are determined according to the relative positions ofthe electric equipment and the multiple branch wire harness protection grooves, the wire harnesses can be directly connected with the electric equipment without being bent, and the occupied space of the wire harnesses is further reduced.

    本发明提供多路分支线束护槽结构及其线束护槽设计方法,多路分支线束护槽结构应用于发动机舱中,包括主护槽结构、分支护槽结构和线槽固定结构,主护槽结构包括主护槽本体,沿其长度方向上设有主线束通道;分支护槽结构包括分别设于主护槽本体的两侧和端部的多个分支护槽体,每个分支护槽体上均设有与主线束通道连通的分支线束通道;其中,主护槽本体沿其长度方向的宽度值逐渐变窄。本发明提供的多路分支线束护槽,由于主护槽本体沿其长度方向宽度值逐渐变窄设计,从而保证线束能够布置在狭窄空间中;根据用电设备和多路分支线束护槽的相对位置确定各分支护槽体的方向和位置,线束无需弯折可以直接与用电设备连接,进一步减少线束占用空间。
