The invention discloses a lithium battery heating device which comprises a lithium battery heating box, an oil inlet is formed in one side of the lithium battery heating box, an oil outlet is formed in the other side of the lithium battery heating box, the oil inlet is connected with a heating oil outlet of a constant-temperature heater through an oil conveying pipe, the oil outlet is connected with a heating oil inlet of the constant-temperature heater through an oil outlet pipe, and the constant-temperature heater is connected with a leakage protector through a power line. Heating oil is stored in the lithium battery heating box, and a liquid level observation opening is formed in the outer portion of the lithium battery heating box. Compared with the prior art, the lithium battery heating device has the advantages that the whole structure is simple and practical, normal charging and discharging of a lithium battery pack of a new energy vehicle at low temperature can be effectively improved, the service life of a lithium battery can be prolonged, the explosion spontaneous combustion probability of the new energy vehicle is reduced, the heating efficiency and safety of the lithiumbattery pack are improved, and popularization is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种锂电池加热装置,包括锂电池加热盒,锂电池加热盒一侧设有进油口,另一侧设有出油口,进油口通过输油管连接恒温加热器的加热油出口,出油口通过出油管连接恒温加热器的加热油进口,恒温加热器通过电源线连接有漏电保护器;锂电池加热盒内储放有加热油,锂电池加热盒外部设有液位观察口。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:整体结构简单实用,能够有效地提高新能源车锂电池包在低温能正常充放电,同时可以提高锂电池的使用寿命,让新能源车发生爆炸自燃概率降低,提高了锂电池包加热效率和安全性,便于推广。
