The invention belongs to the field of satellite positioning, and particularly relates to a Beidou maritime lifesaving and positioning integrated system, which comprises a ground signal end and a satellite signal end, wherein the ground signal end is composed of a signal generating end and a signal receiving end, the signal generating end comprises an alarm, and the interior of the alarm is composed of a positioning module and an alarm module, the signal receiving end comprises a receiver, the interior of the receiver is composed of an alarm module and a display module, and the satellite signalend comprises a Beidou satellite. According to the characteristic that a drowning person can be in direct contact with seawater when falling into the seawater, hydroxide ions and hydrogen are generated through the reaction of the seawater and an aluminum alloy connecting piece, and electrons generated through the reaction of the hydroxide ions and an aluminum alloy part continuously act on a circuit, so that continuous power supply to the signal generating end is realized; the electric power intensity of an aluminum-water battery is ten times that of a common battery, and byproducts generatedby the aluminum-water battery are harmless substances.
