The invention discloses a new energy vehicle direct current interface discharge identification and control method. The method comprises the steps that 1 an inverter vehicle interface is connected witha circuit in an electric vehicle, specifically, an inverter is plugged with a vehicle socket through a direct current discharge gun, then connection confirmation is carried out; firstly, a vehicle controller confirms the voltage value of a CC2 port detection point 2, and if the voltage value of the CC2 port detection point 2 measured by the vehicle controller is 6V, it is confirmed that the inverter is completely connected with the vehicle interface; discharge output of the vehicle direct current interface is achieved by controlling a guide discharge identification resistor, a vehicle auxiliary power supply and an auxiliary power supply switching controller, the vehicle can identify access and discharge requirements of the direct current interface through the identification resistor of the inverter, and the vehicle end switches power supply output of the auxiliary power supply through the controller; a 12V or 5V power supply is provided for the inverter, and the inverter is started and communicates with the vehicle, so that a vehicle end direct current interface discharging function is realized, and the power supply is inverted into an alternating current power supply to be output.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车直流接口放电识别及控制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:将逆变器车辆接口与电动汽车内电路相连接,具体为将逆变器通过直流放电枪与车辆插座插合,然后进行连接确认,首先车辆控制器确认CC2端口检测点2的电压值,如果车辆控制器测量检测点2的电压值为6V,则确认逆变器与车辆接口完全连接;通过控制导引放电识别电阻,车辆辅助电源,以及辅助电源供电切换控制器来实现车辆直流接口的放电输出,通过逆变器的识别电阻,车辆可以辨识直流接口的接入及放电需求,车端通过控制器切换辅助电源供电输出,为逆变器提供12V或者5V供电电源,逆变器启动并与车辆进行通讯,实现车端直流接口放电功能,并逆变为交流电源输出。
