The invention discloses a hopper-shaped screen installation design method applied to a large-span rigid roof cable dome structure. The method comprises the following steps of S1, preliminarily determining all hanging point position schemes suitable for hanging a hopper-shaped screen by utilizing bearing points reserved in the cable dome structure design, enabling the dead weight of the hopper-shaped screen to be equivalent to node loads, averagely allocating the node loads to all hanging points of each hanging point position scheme, and performing finite element analysis on a cable dome structure model applying different hanging point position schemes; S2, selecting a proper hopper-shaped screen hanging point position scheme according to key node displacement and key component internal force information of each hanging point position scheme; S3, presetting a prestressed cable system before the hopper-shaped screen is installed, and enabling the tension of a tensioned prestressed cableto be equivalent to the dead weight of the hopper-shaped screen; and S4, controlling the dead weight loading amount of the hopper-shaped screen in unit time to be consistent with the tension reductionamount of the prestressed cable in the unit time until the hopper-shaped screen is completely hoisted. According to the method, a reference basis is provided for the design of a related flexible tension cable structure system containing the hopper-shaped screen.
本发明公开了一种应用在大跨度刚性屋面索穹顶结构中斗屏安装设计方法,包括以下步骤,S1:利用索穹顶结构设计预留的承力点,初步定出适合悬挂斗屏的所有吊挂点位置方案,将斗屏自重等效为节点荷载,平均分配给每种吊挂点位置方案的所有吊挂点,对应用不同吊挂点位置方案的索穹顶结构模型进行有限元分析;S2:根据各种吊挂点位置方案的关键节点位移及关键构件内力信息,选择合适的斗屏吊挂点位置方案;S3:在斗屏安装前预先设置预应力拉索体系,使预应力拉索张紧后的拉力等效斗屏自重;S4:控制单位时间内斗屏自重加载量与单位时间内预应力拉索拉力减小量一致直至斗屏完全吊起。本发明为相关含斗屏的柔性张拉索结构体系设计提供参考依据。
