The invention discloses an inter-section connecting structure of a horizontal cantilever type cargo boom of a tower crane, and belongs to the technical field of hoisting machinery. The inter-section connecting structure comprises double-hinge pin plates arranged at the two ends of two upper chords in front and back adjacent cargo boom sections, pin shafts transversely inserted into pin holes in the double-hinge pin plates correspondingly matched with the front and back adjacent cargo boom sections, and stress pressing plates fixed to the two ends of each of lower chords in the cargo boom sections; and joints between the lower chords in the front and back adjacent cargo boom sections are only in extrusion contact through the stress pressing plates and are not connected. According to the inter-section connecting structure, the connection structure that the upper chords and the lower chords between the traditional cargo boom sections are combined through the pin shafts or bolts is changedinto the structure that only the upper chords are connected through the pin shafts and the joints between the lower chords are in extrusion contact only through the stress pressing plates and are notconnected. The inter-section connecting structure has the advantages of being clear in stress, convenient to assemble, simple in structure, convenient to manufacture, safe, reliable, economical and applicable, and can create remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.

    本发明公开一种塔式起重机水平悬臂式起重臂的节间连接结构,属于起重机械技术领域。所述节间连接结构包括设置在前后相邻起重臂节中两根上弦杆两端头的双合页销板,横向插装在前后相邻起重臂节对应相配对的双合页销板中销孔内的销轴,固定在起重臂节中下弦杆两端的受力压板;前后相邻起重臂节间的下弦杆之间的接口处仅通过受力压板挤压接触而不连接。本发明改变传统起重臂节间的上下弦杆均通过销轴或螺栓相结合的连接结构,替换为只有上弦杆通过销轴连接、而下弦杆之间的接口处仅通过受力压板挤压接触而不连接的结构,具有受力明确、对装方便、结构简单、便于制作、安全可靠、经济适用的优点,能够产生显著的经济效益和社会效益。
