The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle rocket booster. An ellipsoidal front top cover is located at the front end of a combustion chamber; and a central positioning sleeve of a thrust rodis sleeved on a positioning boss at the center of a front top cover, and the end surface of the front end cover is attached to the end surface of a thrust rod flange plate. A convergent section of a nozzle is mounted at the rear end of the combustion chamber; a plug is installed in the nozzle and located in the expansion section of the nozzle. The head of the top cover is the ellipsoidal surface,under the same working internal pressure and the same safety coefficient, the stress condition of the ellipsoidal surface is better, the wall thickness of the shell is lower, and the mass of the top cover can be effectively reduced. The sealing performance of the connecting part is improved, and the assembling precision of the connecting part is improved through a guide section; by improving a booster top cover and a booster thrust rod, the assembly difficulty of the top cover and the thrust rod is reduced, the connection stress condition of the thrust rod and the combustion chamber top coveris improved, and the thrust deflection numerical value of the booster is reduced.

    一种无人机火箭助推器,椭球面的前顶盖位于该燃烧室的前端;推力杆的中心定位套管套装在该前顶盖中心的定位凸台上,并使该前端盖的端面与该推力杆法兰盘的端面贴合。喷管的收敛段安装在该燃烧室后端;堵塞安装在该喷管内,并位于该喷管的扩张段内。本发明中的顶盖头部为椭球面,相同工作内压下,相同安全系数下,椭球面的受力情况更好,壳体壁厚更低,能够有效降低顶盖质量。本发明提高了连接部位的密封性,并通过导向段提高了连接部位的装配精度;通过对助推器顶盖和助推器推力杆的改进,实现了顶盖与推力杆装配难度的降低,改善了推力杆与燃烧室顶盖连接受力情况,降低了助推器的推力偏斜数值。
