The invention provides a verification method for a virtuality and reality combined hull segmented assembly process scheme, wherein the method comprises the following steps: S1) constructing a virtuality and reality combined system architecture and a support tool, including interactive simulation equipment and virtual environment support software; S2) importing data of an assembly process scheme, asegmented component model and an assembly equipment model; S3) carrying out assembly process scheme verification analysis by adopting a virtuality and reality combination method; and S4) outputting afeasible assembly process three-dimensional operation guidance file. The method has the advantages that the virtuality and reality combined hull segmented assembly process scheme verification environment is constructed, and then the interference condition of an assembly workpiece, the rationality of the assembly process and the like are analyzed and judged, so that the quality of the segmented assembly process scheme is improved, and the efficiency of the segmented assembly process is improved; and mutual interference conditions of a workpiece model, an equipment model and the like by using an analysis method are checked and determined based on a segmented component multi-scale bounding box.
