The invention relates to an inverted tricycle frame which is made of section bars and is characterized in that the section bars of a tricycle frame main body are movably connected or/and permanently and fixedly connected (non-welded), one surface or/and more than one surface of each section bar is/are provided with a T-shaped groove or/and a strip-shaped groove, and tricycle frame accessories aremovably connected or permanently fixed with corresponding positions of the T-shaped grooves or/and the strip-shaped grooves. Materials subjected to anti-corrosion and beautification treatment are selected, tooling, welding and surface treatment are not needed in the whole frame production, the manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced, the fixed investment and the pollution treatment cost are reduced, and the frame structure can be widely applied to various frame structure designs and manufacturing.

    本发明涉及一种倒三轮车车架,由型材制作而成,特征是:车架主体的型材间活动连接或/和永久固定连接(非焊接),型材表面的一面或/和一面以上有T型槽或/和条形槽,车架附件与型材表面的T型槽或/和条形槽对应位置活动连接或永久固定,材料选用已经过防腐和美化处理过的材料,整个车架生产不再需要工装和焊接、表面处理,可大大降低造价,减少固定投资和污染治理费,可广泛应用于各种车架结构设计和制造中。
