The invention discloses a driving wheel for a high-speed rubber track assembly. The driving wheel comprises a driving wheel welding assembly, driving teeth, bolts and a flange disc; the flange disc isconnected to the inner side of the driving wheel welding assembly, a plurality of bolts are mounted on the outer side circumference of the driving wheel welding assembly, and the driving teeth are connected to the bolts in a sleeving mode. The driving wheel welding assembly comprises vertical plates, a supporting circular plate and a flange plate; the flange plate is arranged on the inner side ofthe supporting circular plate, the vertical plates are arranged on the circumferences of the two ends of the outer side of the supporting circular plate respectively, screw holes are formed in the vertical plates, bolts are mounted between the vertical plates through the screw holes, the screw holes are formed in the flange plate, and the flange disc is detachably connected with the flange platethrough the bolts. The driving wheel is easy to machine, the requirement can be met only by drilling of a drilling machine, and the problems of low machining speed and the like caused by linear cutting are solved; the driving teeth are made of a wear-resistant high polymer material and do not need a special lubricating shaft sleeve; and a shaft of the driving gear only needs a universal bolt, so that the processing cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种高速橡胶履带总成用驱动轮,包括:驱动轮焊接总成、驱动齿、螺栓、法兰盘,驱动轮焊接总成内侧连接有法兰盘,驱动轮焊接总成外侧圆周上安装有多个螺栓,螺栓上套接有驱动齿。所述驱动轮焊接总成包括:立板,支撑圆板、法兰板,支撑圆板内侧设置有法兰板,支撑圆板外侧两端圆周上分别设置有立板,立板上设置有螺孔,螺栓通过螺孔安装在立板之间,法兰板上设置有螺孔,法兰盘与法兰板通过螺栓可拆卸的连接。本发明容易加工,仅需钻床钻孔即可满足要求,避免线切割导致的加工速度慢等问题;驱动齿为耐磨的高分子材料,驱动轮齿无需专用的润滑轴套;驱动齿的轴仅需通用螺栓即可,降低加工成本。
