The invention relates to the technical field of image collection equipment, in particular to a feature extraction device and method for a geographic information image. The device comprises a moving carrier, a lifting mechanism and an obtaining mechanism, the moving carrier can conveniently and quickly move at any position, the lifting mechanism can change any height and angle, the obtaining mechanism can change the height and angle according to needs, and therefore needed image information is obtained. According to the invention, images can be flexibly and conveniently collected, the cost is low, the entrance threshold is low, and a good collection visual angle is provided.

    本发明涉及图像获取设备技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种地理信息图像的提取特征装置及方法。包括:移动载具、升降机构、获取机构,所述移动载具可方便快捷的进行任意位置的移动,所述升降机构可进行任意高度和角度的改变,使得所述获取机构根据需要改变高度和角度,从而获取需要的图像信息。本发明可灵活方便的获取图像,成本低廉,入门门槛低,但是有着较好的获取视角。
