The rear-row seat mounting bracket comprises a bracket body, the outer edge of the bracket body is provided with a plurality of first bent parts extending outwards, and the shapes of the plurality of first bent parts are matched with the shape of the installation face of the rear wheel cover inner plate; a welding spot is arranged on the side, used for facing the rear wheel cover inner plate, of the first bent part. According to the mounting method, positioning error accumulation can be reduced to a large extent,so that the influence of positioning errors of the rear-row seat mounting bracket can be reduced, the mounting precision of the rear-row seat bracket can be improved favourably, the mounting precision of the rear-row seat can be improved favourably, and uneven gaps among all peripheral parts after the seat is mounted can be avoided.
