The invention relates to the technical field of helicopter model overwater forced landing verification tests, and particularly relates to a regular wave fixed-point throwing test device and method fora helicopter overwater forced landing model. The device is used for conducting a test in a water pool provided with a wave maker, and comprises a helicopter model (1), a wave crest probe assembly (2), a signal line (3), a delay throwing controller (4), a control panel (5), a control line (6), an electromagnetic release (7), a model attitude adjusting device (8), a circular pipe fitting (9), a trailer (10), a side bridge (11), an airborne data collector (12) and an airborne sensor (13). In order to overcome the defects of an existing test device, the wave crest probe assembly is additionally arranged and used for detecting a first regular wave crest; the delay release controller is additionally arranged for modifying different release time after the model encounters the first wave crest torealize encountering of different regular wave position points after the model is released; and the one-time success rate of a throwing test is improved, and meanwhile, the reproducibility of a modeltest phenomenon can also be improved.
