The device comprises an upper profile buoy and a lower geological comprehensive probe, wherein the top of the geological comprehensive probe is connected with the bottom of the profile buoy; the profile buoy comprises a buoy shell, a base fixed to the bottom of the buoy shell and a buoyancy adjusting mechanism, a throwable floating body material, a stabilizing disc and a buoyancy material are sequentially arranged on the outer wall of the buoy shell from top to bottom; the comprehensive geological probe comprises a buffer mechanism, a probe rod and a sensor section from top to bottom, the buffer mechanism is arranged at the top of the probe rod and comprises a clamping plate, a push rod II, a piston II and a hydraulic oil cavity, the top of the push rod II is connected with the clamping plate, the bottom of thepush rod II is fixedly connected with the piston II, the piston II is located in the hydraulic oil cavity, and the piston II reciprocates in the hydraulic oil cavity. Multi-parameter detection is carried out on a marine horizontal profile, a marine vertical profile and superficial sediments, so that the multi-scale and multi-parameter requirements of marine monitoring are met.
