The invention discloses a tank depressurizing method. When residual liquid in a tank of a to-be-unloaded tank car is depressurized, the tank of the to-be-unloaded tank car is connected with a lower liquid inlet pipe of a tank of a material receiving tank car, due to the fact that the material receiving tank car adopts the lower liquid inlet pipe, so that the residual liquid is rapidly liquefied after entering the tank of the material receiving tank car, the pressure in the tank of the material receiving tank car only slightly rises, so that good low pressure conditions are created, and under the low pressure conditions, continuous unloading can be performed. Through the method, the pressure in the tank of the to-be-unloaded tank car can be reduced to the same pressure in the tank of the material receiving tank car, and compared with an existing depressurizing method, the depressurizing effect is better; and meanwhile, a plurality of material receiving tank cars are arranged and can receive materials together for further performing depressurizing, and the depressurizing effect is improved.

    本发明公开了一种槽罐降压方法,本发明在待卸槽车槽罐内的残液降压时,通过将待卸槽车槽罐连接接料槽车槽罐的下进液管,由于接料槽车采用下进液管,如此使残液进入接料槽车槽罐后迅速液化,接料槽车槽罐内压力仅会略微上升,以创造良好、能持续卸车的低压条件,通过此方法,可将待卸槽车槽罐内压力降低到接料槽车槽罐内相同压力,与现有的降压方法相比,降压效果更佳;同时通过设置多个接料槽车,可共同接收,以进一步降压,提高降压效果。
