The invention discloses a variable-working-condition self-adaptive vibration isolator for a spacecraft inertia actuating mechanism. The vibration isolator comprises an elastic base, a metal rubber element and a metal rubber accessory. The metal rubber accessory comprises a core column, a top cover, a bottom cover, a bottom rod and a nut. The metal rubber element is located in the metal rubber accessory, and metal wires meshed with each other in the material of the metal rubber element dissipate vibration energy input by the spacecraft inertia actuating mechanism through the friction effect toprovide damping. The vibration isolator disclosed by the invention can simultaneously consider two working conditions of a launching section and an on-orbit section with a great spacecraft vibration state difference, meets the vibration isolation and dissipation requirements, and has the advantages of self-adaptive capability, simple structure, convenience in installation, light weight, strong applicability and the like.

    本发明公开了一种航天器惯性执行机构变工况自适应的隔振器,包括弹性底座、金属橡胶元件和金属橡胶配件;金属橡胶配件包括芯柱、顶盖、底盖、底杆、螺母。其中金属橡胶元件位于金属橡胶配件内部,金属橡胶元件的材料内部相互啮合的金属丝通过摩擦作用,将航天器惯性执行机构输入的振动能量耗散,提供阻尼。本发明的隔振器能够同时兼顾航天器振动状态差别很大的发射段和在轨段的两种工况,实现振动隔离耗散需求,具有自适应能力,结构简单、安装方便、质量轻、应用性强等优点。
