The invention discloses a middle-mounted transmission sensing multi-disc clutch self-adaptive electric driving system which comprises a power mechanism, a high-speed gear transmission mechanism, a low-speed gear transmission mechanism, a transmission sensing mechanism, a main shaft and a power output sleeve which is arranged on the main shaft in a synchronous rotating and sleeving mode, and the transmission sensing mechanism is located on one side of the power output sleeve. The power mechanism, the high-speed gear transmission mechanism and the low-speed gear transmission mechanism are located on the other side of the power output sleeve. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the actual driving working condition and the motor working condition of an electric vehicle can be matched in aself-adaptive mode according to the resistance condition, the efficiency of the motor under the climbing and heavy load conditions is greatly improved, and the energy consumption of the motor is reduced; the high-speed and low-speed gear shifting and speed changing of a forward gear can be automatically carried out along with the change of running resistance in a self-adaptive mode under the condition that driving force is not cut off; and the output power can be monitored in real time, the active gear shifting is conducted, the gear matching performance is better, and the gear delay is smaller.

    本发明公开了一种中置式传动传感多片离合自适应电驱动系统,包括动力机构、高速挡传动机构、低速挡传动机构、传动传感机构、主轴以及同步转动地套装在主轴上的动力输出套,传动传感机构位于动力输出套的一侧,动力机构、高速挡传动机构和低速挡传动机构位于动力输出套的另一侧。采用以上技术方案,不仅能够根据阻力情况,自适应匹配电动交通工具的实际行驶工况与电机工况,大大提高了电机在爬坡和重载情况下的效率,降低了电机能耗,能够在不切断驱动力的情况下就能够自适应随行驶阻力变化自动进行前进挡的高低速换挡变速;而且能够实时监测输出功率,进行主动换挡,挡位匹配性更好,挡位延迟更小。
