The invention relates to a forward-turning type slag receiving vehicle which comprises a vehicle frame, beam tubes, crosspieces, side strips, blocking strips, a bucket body, supporting plates, supporting pieces, supporting rods and a locking assembly. The number of the beam tubes is two, the two beam tubes are both fixed to the top of the vehicle frame and arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode, and the two crosspieces are fixed between the front ends of the two beam tubes and between the rear ends of the two beam tubes respectively; and the number of the side strips is two, the two side stripsare fixed to the tops of the two beam tubes respectively and arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode, and the two blocking strips are fixed between the front ends of the two side strips and between therear ends of the two side strips respectively. The maximum forward inclination angle of the bucket body is limited through mutual cooperation of the supporting rods and the two arc-shaped grooves, sothat the bucket body is effectively prevented from integrally toppling over due to excessive forward inclination, potential safety hazards are eliminated, the inclination amplitude does not need to be manually controlled, operation is simplified, and use is convenient; and meanwhile, by means of the locking assembly, the situation that the bucket body inclines forwards spontaneously due to misoperation or uneven weight, and consequently material slag is poured out accidentally is effectively prevented, and then the safety performance is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种前翻式接渣车,包括车架、梁管、横档、侧条、挡条、斗体、撑板、撑片、撑杆和锁紧组件;梁管包括两个,两个梁管均固定在车架的顶部并左右对称设置,横档包括两个,两个横档分别固定在两个梁管的前端之间和两个梁管的后端之间;侧条包括两个,两个侧条分别固定在两个梁管的顶部并左右对称设置,挡条包括两个,两个挡条分别固定在两个侧条的前端之间和两个侧条的后端之间;本发明借助撑杆与两个弧形槽的相互配合限定了斗体前倾的最大角度,进而有效防止斗体因前倾过度而造成整体倾倒以消除了安全隐患,而且无需人工手动控制倾斜幅度以简化了操作并方便了使用;同时借助锁紧组件有效防止斗体因误操作或因重量不均而自发的前倾而意外的倒出料渣,进而大幅提升了安全性能。
