When a charging gun is not used, the U-shaped protective shell can be descended to seal the charging gun, the charging gun is protected from being damaged, the circuit of the charging gun can be wound on a wire bunching column, arrangement is convenient, when the temperature in the charging pile shell is high in use, a temperature sensor reads the temperature in the device, and when the temperature is too high, an electromagnetic switch is controlled to be started through a PLC, so that a water pump and a second motor are started; the second motor drives fan blades to rotate, the water pump sucks water flow in a water tank, the water flow is discharged through an S-shaped water pipe, the water flow in the S-shaped water pipe absorbs heat, the second motor drives the fan blades to rotate, the air exchange efficiency and the heat dissipation efficiency are improved, and therefore, the temperature in the charging pile shell is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种高功率电动汽车充电装置,包括充电桩壳体,所述充电桩壳体的底部固定连接有支撑壳,所述支撑壳的底部焊接有底座,所述底座的一侧固定连接有固定座;在充电枪不使用时,可以将U型防护壳下降并封闭充电枪,保护充电枪不受损害,充电枪的线路可以缠绕在束线柱上,便于整理,使用时,充电桩壳体内部的温度较高时,温度感应器读取装置内部的温度,当温度过高时,通过PLC控制器控制电磁开关启动,从而使得水泵和第二电机启动,第二电机带动扇叶转动,水泵吸取水箱内部的水流,通过S型水管排出,S型水管内部的水流吸收热量,第二电机带动扇叶转动,提高空气交换效率,提高散热效率,从而降低充电桩壳体内部的温度。
