The variable cross-section C-shaped beam structure comprises a main body, a top groove, side grooves and embedded parts; the main body is a C-shaped beam body, and the main body is a die forming workpiece; three top grooves form agroup and are formed in the top ends of the two sides of the main body, and the top grooves are located in the bent positions of the top end of the main body; the side grooves are formed in the two sides of the two ends of the main body, and the sections of the side grooves are rectangular structures; the bottom part of the main body is provided with the bottom part so that when the device is mounted, the device can be in contact with other connecting pieces through the bottom part, a contact mounting distance can be increased through the bottom part, the structure is mounted and fixed more stably, the strength is further enhanced, the service life is longer, the bottom part extends downwards, and the effect of directly making contact with the connecting pieces is achieved; and the connecting pieces are supported and fixed so that a fixing effect is better.

    本发明提供一种变截面C型梁结构,涉及C型梁技术领域,以解决现有的C型梁结构在使用的时候,无法自动辅助固定,无法加强与其他部件之间的连接稳固性的问题,包括主体,顶槽,侧槽和嵌入件;所述主体为C型梁本体,且主体为模具成型工件;所述顶槽三个一组开设在主体的两侧顶端,且顶槽处于主体的顶端弯曲位置;所述侧槽开设在主体的两端两侧,且侧槽的截面为矩形结构。主体的底部设有底件,使得本装置在安装的时候,可以通过底件与其他连接件接触,使得底件可以加强接触安装距离,使其安装固定的更加稳固,进而增强强度,使其使用寿命更长,底件向下延伸,起到了直接与连接件接触的作用,进而将连接件支撑固定,使其固定效果更好。
