The invention relates to the field of traffic, and discloses a red light running violation monitoring method and a roadside device, a vehicle-mounted device and a vehicle thereof. The method comprisesthe following steps: in a red light state, sending first stop line position information to a first preset area containing a first stop line through a roadside device arranged at an intersection, andsending second stop line position information to a second preset area containing a second stop line; if the signal receiving device of the vehicle receives the first stop line position information, comparing the first stop line position information with the position information of the vehicle to judge whether the vehicle passes through the first stop line or not, and if the signal receiving deviceof the vehicle receives the second stop line position information, comparing the second stop line position information with the position information of the vehicle to judge whether the vehicle passesthrough the second stop line or not; and judging that the vehicle passing through the first stop line and the second stop line violates rules and regulations and sending violation information to themonitoring server. According to the embodiment of the invention, the generation of data garbage is reduced, the resource waste is reduced, and the monitoring result is accurate and reliable.

    本申请涉及交通领域,公开了一种闯红灯违章监测方法及其路侧装置、车载装置和车辆。该方法包括:在红灯状态时,通过设置在路口的路侧装置向包含第一停止线的第一预设区域内发送第一停止线位置信息,向包含第二停止线的第二预设区域内发送第二停止线位置信息;如果车辆的信号接收装置接收到第一停止线位置信息,则将其与车辆的位置信息比对来判断是否经过第一停止线,如果接收到第二停止线位置信息,则将其与车辆的位置信息比对来判断是否经过第二停止线;判定既经过第一停止线又经过第二停止线的车辆违章并将其违章信息发送到监测服务器。本申请的实施方式减少了数据垃圾的产生,减少了资源浪费,且监测结果准确可靠。
