The invention discloses a self-calibration method for an automatic weighing apparatus of a highway mainline. The method comprises the following steps: unidirectional detection: employing the data of atoll station as the vehicle pre-detection, and bidirectional detection being the detection of entering and exiting from the toll station; and in the unidirectional detection, weighing data of the toll station needs to be associated with data management software of a pre-detection workstation through weighing data access software, license plate information of an over-limit vehicle is published ona variable information board after license plate recognition is performed on the over-limit vehicle, and the over-limit vehicle is guided to enter an over-limit treatment station for fine detection. When vehicles pass through the toll station to be weighed, the vehicles run at a low speed, the vehicle carrying proportion is high, sweepback use of overrun transport vehicles to the road is effectively limited, threats to life and property safety of people caused by overrun transport are reduced, interference to non-overrun vehicles is avoided, the road passing efficiency is improved, the workingefficiency of law enforcement officers is improved, law enforcement safety of the law enforcement officers is guaranteed, law enforcement images of traffic departments are improved, traffic potentialsafety hazards are reduced, and the improvement of overload treatment strength is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路主线自动衡器的自校方法,包括单向检测与双向检测,其中单向检测利用收费站的数据作为车辆预检,双向检测为进出收费站均检测,所述单向检测需将收费站的称重数据通过计重数据接入软件与预检工作站的数据管理软件关联,对超限车辆进行车牌识别后在可变情报板上发布超限车辆的车牌信息引导超限车辆进入治超站精检,车辆通过收费站称重时均为低速行驶,载车辆比例、有效限制超限运输车辆对公路的掠夺性使用、减少超限运输给人民生命财产安全带来的威胁,避免对非超限车辆的干扰,提高道路通行效率,提高了执法人员的工作效率,保证其执法安全,提升交通部门执法形象,减少交通安全隐患,有利于治超整治力度的加强。
