The invention discloses a device convenient for releasing meteorological balloons on the sea. By using the device, themeteorological balloon can be prevented from being damaged by seawater and strong wind, the device can automatically inflate and seal the meteorological balloon, the balloon can be automatically released by the device, personnel participation is not needed when the balloon is released by the device, the automation degree is high, the device can work under external severe weather conditions, avoidscasualties of operators working on the sea in severe weather, can continuously release a plurality of balloons, is efficient, quick and convenient to operate, saves a large amount of time for researchers, and facilitates accurate release of the balloons and collection of related meteorological data at specific time and places.
