The invention discloses a horizontal hoisting device capable of automatically locking an iron sheet barrel, and relates to a hoisting device of an iron sheet raw material barrel. Three through holes (20) distributed triangularly are formed between the inner face and the outer edge face of a lantern ring (10), horizontal blocks (16) at the lower parts of three locking blocks (5) are hinged with thethrough holes of the lantern ring through pin shafts correspondingly, inclined blocks (15) are arranged at the upper parts of the inner ends of the horizontal blocks of the three locking blocks, theupper ends of the inclined blocks are connected with the lower ends of vertical blocks (13), inner protrusions (14) are arranged in the middles of the inner sides of the vertical blocks, arc-shaped concave portions (11) are arranged at the upper ends of the inner protrusions, the vertical blocks of the three locking blocks are each connected with one end of a lifting rope (7), and the other ends of the three lifting ropes are connected with a lifting tool. The three locking blocks are positioned into a triangular structure through the lantern ring, a barrel body can be automatically locked bythe locking blocks arranged on the barrel body in a sleeving manner through self weight, and due to the fact that the upper outer bent thickened edge of the barrel body is locked in three directions,the stability of the barrel body in the hoisting process is obtained.

    一种自动锁铁皮桶的水平起吊装置,涉及一种铁皮原料桶的起吊装置,在套环(10)的内面与外缘面之间设有呈三角分布的三个通孔(20),三个锁块(5)下部的水平块(16)分别通过销轴铰接连接套环的通孔,三个锁块的水平块内端上部设有斜块(15),斜块上端与立块(13)下端连接,在立块内侧中部设有内凸起(14),所述内凸起上端设有圆弧形凹陷(11),三个锁块的立块分别与吊绳(7)的一端连接,三根吊绳的另一端连接吊具;本发明利用套环将三个锁块定位成三角结构,套在桶体上锁块利用自重便可自动锁住桶体,由于通过三个方向对桶体的上外折弯加厚边进行锁紧,获取了桶体起吊时的稳定。
