The invention provides an elevator control auxiliary system and an elevator control method, and relates to the technical field of elevator control. The auxiliary system comprises a main control module, a human body visual recognition statistics module and a voice robot module, the main control module is in communication connection with an elevator main control system, and the main control module is used for obtaining door opening and closing signals and sending control information to a key control unit. The human body visual recognition statistics module responds to the door opening signal andobtains the number information of people entering and exiting from an elevator. The voice robot module is in communication connection with the main control module, and the voice robot module achievesspeech interaction with personnel in the elevator so as to recognize and obtain information of floors expected to be reached by the personnel. Elevator button control is triggered through voice non-direct-contact operation, and therefore indirect limb contact of personnel on elevator buttons is avoided, and the risk of cross infection of bacteria, viruses and the like is reduced. The auxiliary system can be used in cooperation with an existing elevator control system, and the flexibility of an elevator control manner is improved.

    本发明提供一种电梯控制辅助系统及电梯控制方法,涉及电梯控制技术领域。该辅助系统包括:主控制模块、人体视觉识别统计模块和语音机器人模块,主控制模块与电梯主控制系统通信连接,主控制模块用于获取开关门信号,向按键控制单元发送控制信息;人体视觉识别统计模块响应于开门信号,获取进出电梯的人员的数量信息;语音机器人模块与主控制模块通信连接,语音机器人模块与电梯内人员进行语言交互,以识别获取该人员期望到达的楼层信息。通过采用语音非直接接触式操作触发电梯按键控制,从而避免人员在电梯按钮上的间接肢体接触,降低细菌病毒等交叉感染风险。本辅助系统可以与现有的电梯控制系统配合使用,提高电梯控制方式的灵活性。
