The invention discloses a flexible undercarriage damping device, and belongs to the technical field of damping of aircrafts. The device comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, the first connecting rod is an equal-diameter straight rod, the second connecting rod is of a straight rod structure with a semi-circular protrusion arranged on one side of the outer circumferential face, and the diameter of the semi-circular protrusion is parallel to the axial direction of the straight rod structure; the two first connecting rods are oppositely arranged, the two second connecting rods are oppositely arranged, and the four connecting rods are connected end to end through four flexible hinges to form a four-connecting-rod mechanism of a flexible structure. When the four-connecting-rod mechanism is in a free state, the outer peripheral surfaces of the semicircular bulges of the two second connecting rods are extruded and tangent, and the tangent lines of the two semicircular bulges are used as reference lines; when the four-connecting-rod mechanism is impacted to be in a moving state, the contact area between the two semicircular protrusions moves along the edges of the semicircular protrusions, and the impact force is eliminated through the friction force generated by extrusion deformation. According to the integrated flexible shock absorber, the shock absorption effect is optimized to the maximum extent, and energy dissipation is very critical.

    本发明一种柔性起落架减震装置,属于航空器的减震技术领域;包括第一连杆和第二连杆,所述第一连杆为等径直杆,第二连杆为外周面一侧设置有半圆凸起的直杆结构,半圆凸起的直径和直杆结构的轴向平行;两个第一连杆相对设置,两个第二连杆相对设置,通过四个柔性铰链将四个连杆首尾相接,形成柔性结构的四连杆机构;当所述四连杆机构为自由状态时,两个第二连杆的半圆凸起外周面之间挤压相切,将两个半圆凸起的切线作为参考线;当所述四连杆机构受冲击为运动状态时,两个半圆凸起之间的接触区域沿半圆凸起边缘移动,通过挤压变形所产生的摩擦力消除冲击力。本发明整体式的柔性减震器最大优化了减震效果,其中,能量的耗散是非常关键的。
