The invention discloses a nacelle type shaftless rim driving integrated motor propeller. A permanent magnet motor stator and a permanent magnet motor rotor are installed in a guide pipe, the outer endof a propeller screw is connected to a rotor support, the inner end of the propeller screw is fixed to a center column, and a water gap is formed between the permanent magnet motor stator and the permanent magnet motor rotor to form an annular motor. Two sets of radial lath type water lubrication rubber alloy bearing supporting rotors are further arranged in the guide pipe, and a set of axial lath type water lubrication rubber alloy bearing is arranged to bear axial thrust. The beneficial effects of the propeller are that the propeller is modular, is convenient to install, is high in structural rigidity of the propeller screw, can bear a larger load, employs a built-in design mode for the stator winding power supply cable, and improves the safety of the cable; and a propeller bearing is subjected to forced water lubrication and cooling through the water pressure difference formed by the propeller, sealing of the bearing is omitted, cooling water flowing through a water gap between themotor stator and the motor rotor is driven through the water pressure difference formed by the propeller screw, and the overall structure is relatively simple.

    本发明公开了一种吊舱式无轴轮缘驱动集成电机推进器,在导管内部安装永磁电机定子和永磁电机转子,螺旋桨外端连接在转子支架上,螺旋桨内端固定在中心柱上,永磁电机定子和永磁电机转子之间设置水隙形成环形电机,在导管内还设置有两套径向板条式水润滑橡胶合金轴承支撑转子,设置一套轴向板条式水润滑橡胶合金轴承承受轴向推力。本发明的有益效果是:模块化,便于安装,螺旋桨结构刚性高,可以承受较大的载荷,定子绕组供电电缆采用内置设计形式,增加了电缆的安全性;推进器轴承利用螺旋桨形成的水压差进行强迫水润滑和冷却,省去轴承的密封,电机定转子之间水隙中流过的冷却水也是通过螺旋桨形成的水压差来驱动的,整体结构相对简单。
