The method comprises the following steps: before the liquefied gastransport ship passes under a bridge, a fixed mast pipe and a movable mast pipe of the telescopic ventilation mast are locked and fixed through a locking ring; the locking between the movable mast pipe and the fixed mast pipe is released; a driving mechanism is started, the driving mechanism drives an adjusting mechanism to rotate through a transmission mechanism, the adjusting mechanism drives the movable mast pipe to move downwards till the telescopic ventilation mast reaches the storage state, and the telescopic ventilation mast keeps the storage state so that the liquefied gas transport ship can pass under a bridge; after the liquefied gas transport ship passes under the bridge, the driving mechanism drives the adjusting mechanism to rotate reversely through the transmission mechanism,and the adjusting mechanism drives the movable mast pipe to move upwards till the telescopic ventilation mast reaches the working state. The influence of the height of the ventilation mast on the clearance height of the ship is avoided, the constraint of the clearance height on ship type design is reduced, the optimal ship type design is achieved, and the trafficability of the ship is improved.
本发明公开了一种液化气体运输船上伸缩式透气桅的过桥控制方法,包括以下步骤:液化气体运输船过桥之前,伸缩式透气桅的固定桅管与活动桅管通过锁紧环锁紧固定;解除活动桅管与固定桅管之间的锁紧;启动驱动机构,驱动机构通过传动机构带动调节机构转动,调节机构带动活动桅管向下移动直至伸缩式透气桅达到收纳状态,伸缩式透气桅保持收纳状态以使液化气体运输船行驶过桥梁;液化气体运输船过桥后,驱动机构通过传动机构带动调节机构反向转动,调节机构带动活动桅管向上移动直至伸缩式透气桅达到工作状态。本发明解决了透气桅高度对船舶净空高度的影响,减少净空高度对船型设计的掣肘,实现最优化的船型设计,提高了船舶的通过性。
