The invention discloses a polar region ship bulkhead unit capable of resisting impact and reducing noise. The polar region ship bulkhead unit capable of resisting impact and reducing noise is composedof a strength interlayer, a four-claw damping gradient disc shock absorption and impact resistance device and a noise reduction and sound insulation layer. The strength interlayer is composed of twopanels, a tangent semicircular pipe and a small-caliber circular pipe externally tangent to the semicircular pipe and the upper panel. The four-claw damping gradient disc shock absorption and impact resistance device is composed of a four-claw damper and a gradient disc. The sound insulation layer is composed of a plurality of staggered perforated noise reduction prisms and an inner bulkhead. A plurality of the polar region ship bulkhead unit capable of resisting impact and reducing noise are arranged in parallel and assembled to form a ship bulkhead on one side.
