The invention relates to a threshold beam structure of a fuel cell hydrogen energy automobile. The threshold beam structure comprises a threshold beam and a hydrogen cylinder frame installation limiting plate. A cavity penetrating through the whole threshold beam is formed in the threshold beam, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged in the cavity. A mounting limiting groove is formed inthe lower end of the threshold beam; the hydrogen cylinder frame mounting installation plate is adaptively inserted into an installation limiting groove for fixed mounting. The section of the threshold beam structure is a closed cavity, and the reinforcing ribs are arranged in the cavity, so that the bending and torsional rigidity of a vehicle body can be effectively improved; compared with a traditional steel plate material, the threshold beam is made of an aluminum alloy material and has the advantages of light weight, simple manufacturing process, low mold investment cost, simple and reliable connection mode, good sealing and corrosion resistance and the like; the aluminum alloy threshold beam is of an integrally-formed structure, on the premise that various performance requirements ofa vehicle body are met, the welding and coating process is greatly simplified, the welding precision of the vehicle body is improved, the production efficiency is improved, and the die has left-rightuniversality; according to the threshold beam, the hydrogen cylinder frame mounting structure for the aluminum alloy section with the closed section is ingeniously designed.

    一种燃料电池氢能源汽车门槛梁结构,包括:门槛梁和氢瓶框架安装限位板;门槛梁内部为贯穿整体的腔体,腔体内设置多条加强筋;门槛梁下端设置安装限位槽,氢瓶框架安装限位板适配插入安装限位槽内固定安装。本发明截面为封闭型腔体,内部布置加强筋,可以有效提升车身弯曲和扭转刚度;门槛梁采用铝合金材料,相比于传统钢板材料,具有重量轻,制造工艺简单,模具投入成本低,连接方式简单可靠,密封防腐性好等优点;此铝合金门槛梁采用为一体式成型结构,确保满足车身各项性能要求的前提下,大大简化了焊装和涂装工艺,提高车身焊接精度,提高了生产效率,并且模具具有左右通用性;该门槛梁巧妙的设计了一种针对封闭截面铝合金型材的氢瓶框架安装结构。
