The invention relates to a rail flatcar and a shunting transportation system. The rail flat car comprises a flat car frame and wheels, the wheels are installed on floating bridges on the left side andthe right side of the flat car frame, each floating bridge comprises a bridge frame extending in the front-back direction, and installation positions are arranged at the two ends of each bridge frame. The wheels on the same side of the flatcar frame are mounted at the mounting positions at the front end and the rear end of the bridge frame in pairs, a first supporting seat is arranged in the middle of the bridge frame, a connecting seat is arranged above the first supporting seat, a gap is reserved between the bottom of the connecting seat and the top of the first supporting seat, and the connecting seat is fixedly connected with the flatcar frame. A rotating shaft is arranged between the first supporting seat and the connecting seat, a rotating shaft mounting part is arranged on the first supporting seat and the connecting seat, the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the rotating shaft mounting part, end covers are further arranged at the two ends of the rotating shaft, the endcovers are movably connected with the first supporting seat and the connecting seat, and the bridge can swing around the rotating shaft within a certain angle range. The rail flatcar can stably pass through the joint of the guide rails, and the rotating shaft is prevented from being broken.

    一种轨道平车以及转轨运输系统,前述轨道平车包括平车车架与车轮,车轮安装在平车车架左右两侧的浮动桥上,浮动桥包括沿前后方向延伸的桥架,桥架的两端设有安装位,位于平车车架同一侧的车轮两两成组分别安装在桥架前后两端的安装位上,桥架的中部设有第一支承座,第一支承座上方设有连接座,连接座的底部与第一支承座的顶部之间留有一段空隙,连接座固定连接平车车架,第一支承座与连接座之间设有转轴,第一支承座与连接座上设有转轴安装部,转轴可转动设置在转轴安装部内,转轴的两端还设有端盖,端盖与第一支承座及连接座活动连接,桥架能够绕转轴在一定角度范围内摆动。本发明能够让轨道平车平稳通过导轨接合处,并防止转轴断轴。
