The invention provides an adaptive headlamp system based on an inertia measurement unit. The system is mainly characterized in that a vehicle body controller sends vehicle speed information through aCAN bus, the inertia measurement unit calculates a vehicle body posture, and a vehicle lamp controller controls a dipped headlight to swing up and down in the vertical direction according to the vehicle speed information and the vehicle body posture. The inertia measurement unit is integrated on the automobile lamp controller, the vehicle lamp controller is integrated with an automatic vertical adjustment module, the vehicle lamp controller directly controls the angle of a stepping motor in the vehicle lamp, an algorithm controller, a pitch angle sensor and a wire harness can be omitted, so the cost of the adaptive headlamp system on the whole vehicle is effectively reduced.
本发明提供一种基于惯性测量单元的自适应前照灯系统,主要由车身控制器通过CAN总线发送车速信息,惯性测量单元计算出车身姿态,车灯控制器根据车速信息和车身姿态,在垂直方向上控制近光灯进行上下摆动。惯性测量单元集成在车灯控制器上,车灯控制器本身集成了自动垂直调节模块,由车灯控制器直接控制车灯里的步进电机的角度,可以省去算法控制器,俯仰角度传感器以及线束,从而有效的缩减了在整车上自适应前照灯系统的成本。
