The main body of the base is of a frame structure and is composed of three plates, telescopic arm installation bases are symmetrically arranged below the plate locatedin the middle and matched with telescopic arms, and the telescopic arms can rotate around rotating rods on the telescopic arm installation bases. A telescopic rod of the telescopic arm can do telescopic motion in a telescopic cylinder, a spring is arranged between the telescopic rod and the telescopic cylinder, a charging flat plate connecting hole is formed in the top end of the telescopic rod, abase connecting hole is formed in the tail end of the telescopic cylinder, and the base connecting hole is matched with the telescopic arm installation base on the base; the main body of the chargingpanel is a rectangular plate, and a telescopic arm connecting seat is arranged on the upper surface of the rectangular plate; two electrode plates are arranged on the lower surface of the charging panel and connected with a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a power source respectively, and protruding blocks are arranged on the edge of the charging panel. The problem of reliable charging connection of an existing electrically-driven mobile platform is solved.
