The invention provides a motor rotating speed optimization method and system. The motor rotating speed optimization system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module, a comparison module and an output module. The first acquisition module is used for acquiring a current motor rotating speed input value and a previous period motor rotating speed output value. The second acquisition module is used for acquiring a reset value corresponding to the current motor rotating speed input value. The comparison module is used for comparing the current motor rotating speed input valuewith the difference value between the motor rotating speed output value in the previous period and the reset value, and comparing the current motor rotating speed input value with the sum value between the motor rotating speed output value in the previous period and the reset value. The output module is used for determining the current motor speed value. According to the motor rotating speed optimization method and system provided by the invention, the motor rotating speed output value is more stable, the fluctuation amplitude is reduced, and the jitter of the motor rotating speed output value is reduced.
