The invention discloses an air inlet control structure of a vehicle-mounted air conditioner air inlet box. The air inlet control structure comprises a pipe body, connecting openings are formed in thetwo ends of the pipe body correspondingly, ring frames are clamped to the left side and the right side of an inner cavity of the pipe body correspondingly, a flow limiting plate is fixedly installed in the middle of the pipe body, a filter screen is fixedly installed in each ring frame, and a motor is fixedly installed in the middle of each flow limiting plate; and therefore an effect of controlling the air inlet amount is realized; the filter screen structures at the two ends of the equipment can conduct secondary filtering on air entering the air conditioner, particles which cannot be thoroughly filtered out through the outer circulation air inlet are filtered out, the arc-shaped reinforcing strips enable the filter screen to bear higher air pressure, deformation does not occur even whenthe air conditioner operates at the maximum power. Continuous accumulated deformation of the filter screen and the frame, and the possibility of pipeline blockage are prevented. According to the equipment, the wind power of the air conditioner in the vehicle is adjusted through the method of managing the air inlet amount of the air bellow from the air inlet end, positive feedback adjustment is formed with the compressor, and the problem that the reverse pressure of the compressor is caused when the wind power is adjusted from the inner side is solved.

    本发明专利公开了一种车载空调进风箱的进风控制结构,包括管体,管体的两端均开设有连接口,且管体内腔的左右两侧均卡接有圈框,管体的中部固定安装有限流板,圈框的内部固定安装有滤网,限流板的中部固定安装有电机,从而起到控制进风量的效果,该设备两端的滤网结构能够对进入空调内的空气进行二次过滤,滤除外循环进风口无法彻底滤除的颗粒物,且弧形的加固条让滤网能够承受更强的风压,即使在空调最大功率运转时,也不会出现变形,避免滤网及框架持续累积变形,最终堵死管路的可能性出现,该设备通过从进风端管理风箱进风量的方法来调节车内空调的风力,与压缩机形成正反馈调节,避免了从内测调节风力导致的压缩机逆压问题。
