The invention relates to a 13B type forged coupler yoke for a locomotive and a production method of the 13B type forged coupler yoke. The forged coupler yoke comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.24%-0.27% of C, 0.25%-0.40% of Si, 1.30%-1.50% of Mn, 0.45%-0.60% of Cr, less than or equal to 0.025% of S, less than or equal to 0.025% of P, 0.40%-0.55% of Ni, 0.20%-0.30%of Mo, less than or equal to 0.20% of Cu and the balance of Fe. Under the chemical components in percentage by mass, the forged coupler yoke shows good strength and toughness, and the strength performance and the toughness are well improved. In the production process of the forged coupler yoke, a mixture obtained after material preparation is subjected to forging treatment, then quenching treatment is conducted, the quenching temperature is set to range from 900 DEG C to 920 DEG C, and the quenching treatment time ranges from 2 h to 3 h. After quenching, a quenched part is subjected to tempering treatment, the tempering temperature is set to range from 600 DEG C to 620 DEG C, and the tempering treatment time ranges from 3 h to 4 h. By selecting the quenching and tempering combined mode and setting the quenching and tempering temperature and time, the performance of the forged part can be effectively improved, and the forged part shows excellent strength and toughness.

    本发明涉及一种机车用13B型锻造钩尾框及其生产方法。该锻造钩尾框包括如下质量百分数的化学成分:C 0.24%~0.27%、Si 0.25%~0.40%、Mn 1.30%~1.50%、Cr 0.45%~0.60%、S≤0.025%、P≤0.025%、Ni 0.40%~0.55%、Mo 0.20%~0.30%、Cu≤0.20%,余量为Fe。在上述质量百分数的化学成分下,锻造钩尾框表现出良好的强度和韧性,很好地兼顾了强度性能和韧性地提高。在该锻造钩尾框的生产过程中,对备料后的混合物进行锻造处理,然后进行淬火处理并将淬火温度设置为900℃~920℃,淬火处理的时间为2h~3h。淬火之后,对淬火件进行回火处理并将回火温度设置为600℃~620℃,回火处理的时间为3h~4h。通过选用淬火和回火结合的方式并将淬火和回火的温度和时间进行设置,能够有效提升锻造件的性能,使锻造件表现出优良的强度和韧性。
