The invention discloses a transfer device based on aluminum ingot production, and relates to the technical field of transfer equipment. The transfer device comprises a base, an L-shaped support arm isfixed to one side of the base, an electric hoist is arranged on the transverse portion of the top of the L-shaped support arm, and the electric hoist is connected with a clamp used for grabbing an aluminum ingot; a storage supporting plate used for storing the aluminum ingot is fixed to the portion, located below the L-shaped support arm, of the base; a side baffle is arranged on the side, closeto the L-shaped support arm, of the storage supporting plate, an electric push rod is fixed to the side baffle, and a push plate is arranged at an end of the electric push rod; and a plurality of protruding blocks are arranged on portions, located at two ends of the push plate, of the edge of the storage supporting plate. According to the transfer device, through cooperative use of the electric hoist, the clamp and the storage supporting plate, the produced aluminum ingot is carried out from the storage supporting plate and placed on the storage supporting plate, and transfer is facilitated inthe production and use process of the aluminum ingot; and in addition, a sliding block B is moved along a T-shaped sliding rail, and therefore, the distance between two fixed clamping arms is adjusted, and the transfer device is convenient and practical.

    本发明公开了一种基于铝锭生产的转运装置,涉及转运设备技术领域。本发明包括底座,底座的一侧固定有一L型支臂,L型支臂的顶部横向部分设置有一电动葫芦,电动葫芦连接有一用于抓取铝锭的夹具;位于L型支臂下方的底座上固定有一用于存放铝锭的储藏托板;储藏托板靠近L型支臂的一侧设置一侧挡板,侧挡板上固定有电动推杆,电动推杆的端部设置有一推板;位于推板两端的储藏托板边缘处均设置有若干凸块。本发明通过电动葫芦、夹具和储藏托板的配合使用,实现将生产的铝锭从储藏托板搬运出去以及放置到储藏托板上,方便在铝锭的生产使用过程中进行转运;另外,沿T型滑轨移动滑块B从而调整两固定夹臂之间的距离,便捷实用。
