The invention discloses a hoisting clamp for Sendzimir mill roll heat treatment. The hoisting clamp comprises a clamp body and an inverted-T-shaped gasket, wherein the clamp body is an integrally-poured integrated piece; the inverted-T-shaped gasket is an integrally-poured integrated piece; and each of the clamp body and the inverted-T-shaped gasket is made of 0.4%-0.6% of carbon, 0.5%-2.0% of silicon, 0.5%-2.0% of manganese, 20%-30% of chromium, 25%-35% of nickel, 0.5%-1.0% of niobium and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities. The hoisting clamp disclosed by the invention is composedof the clamp body and the inverted-T-shaped gasket, and each of the clamp body and the inverted-T-shaped gasket is the integrally-poured integrated piece, so that the application range of the hoistingclamp is enlarged, product falling cannot be caused, and harm of welding to the human body is avoided; and particularly, the clamp body and the inverted-T-shaped gasket are made of materials, so thatthe conditions of decarburization and deformation in the quenching process at about 1200 DEG C can be avoided, and the service life of the hoisting clamp is greatly prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种森吉米尔轧辊热处理用吊装夹具,包括为整体浇筑一体件的夹具本体和为整体浇筑一体件的倒凸型垫圈;它们的材质相同,均为:碳0.4~0.6%、硅0.5~2.0%、锰0.5~2.0%、铬20~30%、镍25~35%、铌0.5~1.0%、其余为铁及不可避免的杂质。本发明的吊装夹具由夹具本体和倒凸型垫圈两部分组成,且各自均为整体浇筑一体件,这样不仅扩大了吊装夹具的适用范围,而且不会造成产品的脱落,也避免焊接对人体的伤害,尤其是,夹具本体和倒凸型垫圈的材质能够保证在1200℃左右的淬火过程中不存在脱碳和变形的情况,大大提高了吊装夹具的使用寿命。
