    本发明提供一种液压涨管成型的铝合金焊接副车架,属于副车架技术领域,包括横向构件、纵向构件和连接件,所述横向构件、纵向构件均采用液压涨管成型技术,其中横向构件、连接件和纵向构件均为弧形并且依次首尾固定连接呈弧面互为相反状。该液压涨管成型的铝合金焊接副车架,通过液压涨管成型技术,在铝合金型材内部形成较大的水胀压力与活塞轴一端磨具相互作用下得到的液压成型铝合金件,与传统冲压形成的铝合金件相比,其形状以及精度皆有大幅度的提高,不仅节省了材料,还降低了副车架本身的重量,从而相对了降低了副车架重量对汽车整体性能的影响,同时还提高了悬挂系统的连接刚性,保证了汽车操纵的稳定性。
