The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic redundancy all-wheel steering system which comprises a front axle steering transmission mechanism and a first two-way electromagnetic valve connected withthe front axle steering transmission mechanism; a first emergency closing electromagnetic valve which is connected with the first two-way electromagnetic valve; a second emergency closing electromagnetic valve which is connected with the first two-way electromagnetic valve; a two-way variable hydraulic motor which is connected with the first emergency closing electromagnetic valve and the second emergency closing electromagnetic valve at the same time; a second two-way electromagnetic valve, wherein a port in one side of the second two-way electromagnetic valve is connected with an electric pump, and a port in the other side of the second two-way electromagnetic valve is connected with the two-way variable hydraulic motor; and a rear axle steering transmission mechanism which is connectedwith the two-way variable hydraulic motor and used for driving rear wheels of a vehicle to steer. The invention further discloses a control method of the electro-hydraulic redundancy all-wheel steering system, when the vehicle is in different modes, steering of the vehicle and the specific rear wheel steering angle are controlled according to the state parameters of the vehicle, and the lateral stability of the whole vehicle is improved.
本发明公开了一种电液冗余全轮转向系统,包括:前桥转向传动机构及与其相连接的第一双向位电磁阀;第一应急关闭电磁阀,其与第一双向位电磁阀相连接;第二应急关闭电磁阀,其与第一双向位电磁阀相连接;双向变量液压马达,其同时与第一应急关闭电磁阀和第二应急关闭电磁阀相连接;第二双向位电磁阀,其一侧端口与电动泵相连接,另一侧端口与双向变量液压马达相连接;后桥转向传动机构,其与双向变量液压马达相连接,用于带动车辆的后轮转向。本发明还公开了一种电液冗余全轮转向系统的控制方法,在车辆处于不同的模式下根据车辆的状态参数,对车辆的转向以及具体的后轮转角进行控制,提高了整车侧向稳定性。
