The transfer device for piston rod production comprises a base, universal wheels are installed at the four corners of the bottom of the base correspondingly, supporting columns are welded to the fourcorners of the top of the base correspondingly, and a lower fixing plate located among the four supporting columns is fixed to the top of the base through bolts; the outer walls of the four supportingcolumns are sequentially sleeved with an upper fixing plate and placement plates distributed between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate at equal intervals from top to bottom in a sliding mode, and placement grooves distributed at equal intervals are formed in the top of the lower fixing plate and the tops of the placement plates. The piston rod can be placed in the placing cavity,the protection pad is arranged on the inner wall of the placing cavity, the piston rod can be protected, damage to the piston rod is avoided, the balls can abut against the inner wall of the sleeve under the acting force of the springs, the friction force between the inner wall of the sleeve and the outer wall of the supporting column is increased, and the vacant upper fixing plate and the vacantplacing plate can stay on the supporting column at any time; and piston rod at the lower layer can be conveniently placed.

    本发明公开了一种活塞杆生产用转运装置,包括底部四角均安装有万向轮的底座,所述底座的顶部四角均焊接有支撑柱,所述底座顶部通过螺栓固定有位于四根支撑柱之间的下固定板,四根所述支撑柱外壁从上往下依次滑动套接有上固定板和等距离分布于上固定板和下固定板之间的安放板,所述下固定板的顶部和安放板的顶部均开设有等距离分布的放置槽。本发明能够将活塞杆安放与安放腔内,安放腔内壁上设有保护垫,能够保护活塞杆,避免活塞杆受损,能够使滚珠在弹簧的作用力下顶压套管内壁,增大套管内壁与支撑柱外壁之间的摩擦力,使空置的上固定板和安放板随时停留在支撑柱上,方便放置下层的活塞杆。
