The invention provides a vehicle charging rescue system and a method, and relates to the technical field of vehicle rescue, and the system comprises a rescue triggering unit which is used for generating a charging rescue signal comprising a rescue position of a vehicle; and a rescue resource configuration unit which is connected with the rescue triggering unit and is used for carrying out rescue resource configuration according to the charging rescue signal so as to provide at least one charging rescue scheme for the vehicle. The beneficial effects are that rescue can be triggered autonomouslyunder the condition of low electric quantity of the vehicle, and a user can trigger rescue in real time according to needs so as to meet multi-aspect rescue requirements of the user; a rescue triggering prompt is given after rescue is triggered, the user is further provided with rescue confirmation while the user is pre-judged and reminded in advance, false triggering is prevented, and the use experience of the user is improved; after rescue confirmation, the rescue demand of the user can be quickly responded, and a charging rescue scheme is provided for the user.

    本发明提供一种车辆充电救援系统及方法,涉及车辆救援技术领域,包括:一救援触发单元,用以生成包含车辆的一救援位置的一充电救援信号;一救援资源配置单元,连接所述救援触发单元,用以根据所述充电救援信号进行救援资源配置以向所述车辆提供至少一充电救援方案。有益效果是在车辆低电量情况下能够自主触发救援,同时用户能够根据需求实时触发救援,满足用户多方位的救援需求;通过在触发救援后给出救援触发提示,在提前预判和提醒用户的同时,进一步供用户进行救援确认,防止误触发,提升用户的使用体验;在救援确认之后能够快速响应用户的救援需求,并向用户提供充电救援方案。
