The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle motor cooling method, which comprises the steps that cooling fins are arranged on the surface of the wall of an unmanned aerial vehicle, and a heat pipe is arranged on the surfaces of the cooling fins and an unmanned aerial vehicle motor shell; the heat of the unmanned aerial vehicle is conducted to the fins on the surfaces of the arms of the unmanned aerial vehicle through the heat pipe connected with the motor shell; and propellers rotate to generate downward air flow, and the air flow passes through the arms of the unmanned aerial vehicle and takes away the heat of the motors through the cooling fins on the surface of the arms of the unmanned aerial vehicle, so that a liquid cooling system is not needed, the overall weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced, and the flight time of the unmanned aerial vehicle is prolonged. According to the invention, heat is conducted to the arms through the heat pipe, so that electric energyof the unmanned aerial vehicle does not need to be consumed, and the cooling efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种无人机电机冷却的方法,包括安装在无人机机壁表面的冷却片,在冷却片与无人机电机外壳表面设置一个热管;无人机的热量通过与电机外壳相连的热管导到无人机机臂表面的翅片上;螺旋桨旋转会产生向下的气流,气流会经过无人机机臂,气流经过无人机机臂表面的冷却片将电机热量带走,此无人机电机冷却的方法,不需要液冷系统,减轻了无人机的整体重量,提高了无人机的飞行时间。本方通过热管导热到机臂上,不需要消耗无人机电能,并且冷却效率高。
