The invention discloses a leveling and mounting method of a universal ship tying device. The leveling and mounting method comprises the steps that a plurality of metal strips with first drilled holesare arranged on a deck in parallel; channel steel with second drilled holes in the two ends is manufactured, and a plurality of connecting blocks matched with the first drilled holes are welded to thebottom of the channel steel; the groove opening of the channel steel is placed on the metal strip in an upward and vertical crossing mode, and the connecting blocks are inserted into the first drilled holes; a bolt is inserted into the second drilled hole from bottom to top, and two sets of nut assemblies located on the upper side and the lower side of the second drilled hole are arranged on thebolt; and the head of the bolt is welded on the deck, the channel steel is locked by the nut assemblies, and the heights of the nut assemblies are adjusted, so that the planeness of the lower surfaceof the channel steel reaches a preset standard. The leveling and mounting method has the beneficial effects that by using the adjusting tool of the universal fastening device, a metal strip does not deform in the intermittent welding process, so that the quality of the fastening device is improved.

    本发明公开了一种船舶通用系固装置的调平安装方法,所述调平安装方法包括:在甲板上平行排布多根带有第一钻孔的金属条;制作两端带有第二钻孔的槽钢,所述槽钢的底部焊接有多个与所述第一钻孔配合的连接块;将所述槽钢槽口向上垂直横跨放置在所述金属条上,所述连接块插入所述第一钻孔内;在所述第二钻孔内自下向上插入螺栓,螺栓上设置两组位于所述第二钻孔上下两侧的螺母组件;将螺栓头部焊接在所述甲板上,所述螺母组件锁紧所述槽钢,调整所述螺母组件的高度,使得所述槽钢的下表面的平面度达到预定标准。本发明的有益效果为使用此通用系固装置的调整工装,使得间断焊过程中金属条不发生形变,从而提升系固装置的质量。
