The invention relates to the technical field of rail transportation traction equipment, in particular to an electric locomotive and a bogie structure thereof. The bogie structure comprises a supporting frame, a center plate assembly arranged above the supporting frame and used for being connected with a vehicle body, a wheel assembly connected with the supporting frame, a driving assembly for driving a wheel body of the wheel assembly to rotate and a braking assembly for driving the wheel body to stop rotating. The center plate assembly comprises a lower center plate connected with the supporting frame, an upper center plate connected with the vehicle body and a center plate abrasion plate arranged between the lower center plate and the upper center plate, the upper center plate and the lower center plate are made of steel, and the center plate abrasion plate is made of nylon. The center plate assembly comprises the upper center plate, the lower center plate and the center plate abrasion part. Due to the fact that the center plate abrasion plate is made of nylon, the hardness of the center plate abrasion plate is smaller than that of the upper center plate and that of the lower center plate, abrasion of the upper center plate and the lower center plate is small during relative friction, and abrasion to the center plate abrasion plate is large. Therefore, only the center plate abrasion plate needs to be replaced during normal maintenance.
