If the two spaces of one tire are stabbed or burst at the same time and the two spaces lose pressure, due to the design of the convex platform of the rim, the tire can still be kept not to sink or fall off, the stability of a vehicle body is kept, and it is guaranteed that the operation is not out of control. The scheme is suitable for a tubeless tire for small vehicles, and is also suitable for tubeless transformation of large-scale heavy-duty truck tires.

    本发明涉及一种防扎刺、防突爆、失压后防轮胎下沉的充气轮胎,在不改变轮胎和轮辋外形以及目前联接方式的前提下,对轮胎和轮辋的内部结构设计做了一定的改变。在轮辋上设计了凸形台,伸展进轮胎的内腔,在轮胎的胎内面中心线上增加了隔离层,使充气以后的一条轮胎,内腔分隔为两个完全隔离的空间,所以当轮胎中的一个空间受到扎刺或突爆损伤的情况,甚至完全失压的情况下,另一个空间仍然能够保证轮胎的正常支撑高度。如果一个轮胎的两个空间同时受到扎刺或突爆的情况下,二个空间均失压的情况下,由于轮辋的凸形台的设计,轮胎仍然能够保持不下沉,不脱胎,保持车身的稳定性,保障操作的不失控,本发明适用于小型车的无内胎轮胎。同时也适用于大型载重车轮胎的无内胎化。
